The Aviva Group and the San Antonio Chapter of Hadassah, along with the Barshop Jewish Community Center, are partnering to host the 3rd annual Ta Ta Trifecta event on Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. The event will be held on the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Campus of the San Antonio Jewish Community, located at 12500 NW Military Highway.
The Ta Ta Trifecta is a breast cancer awareness event, intended to raise consciousness of the role the BRCA 1 and BRCA 2 genes play in creating a greater isk of breast & ovarian cancers. This event will feature guest speakers who are BRCA positive survivors, genetic testing and opportunities to donate gently used bras as well as purchase new ones. Light refreshments will include a spread of food and drinks, as well as raffle items and balloon prize pops.
This year, the first evening of Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan (Hebrew Calendar) was intentionally picked to host the Ta Ta Trifecta, as what better way is there to celebrate women than taking steps to learn about and improve their health?
