Agudas Achim Welcomes New Executive Director

It is our pleasure at Congregation Agudas Achim to welcome new Executive Director, Rabbi Rikki Arad.

Rabbi Rikki Arad just relocated to San Antonio from Austin. Prior to living in Austin, she was the Executive Director at B’nai Torah Congregation in Boca Raton, FL for five years. Rikki also founded and ran her own consultancy that provided leadership development and training services to non-profit and corporate clients. She also served as the Director of Life Long Learning at Temple Shalom in Dallas for 15 years. Rikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Jewish Studies and a Master’s degree in Education and Administration from American Jewish University in Los Angeles, CA. She has a passion for education, building community, and Judaism. Rikki has strong communication skills and is fluent in multiple languages.

Rabbi Rikki Arad shared, “I am honored to join your family, excited to work with all of you, and I promise you that I will work diligently to keep Agudas the great synagogue it is and will make sure it will always be as vibrant and strong as it is now.”
