The Jewish Leadership, Engagement, and Values (J-LEV) program is a transformative initiative aimed at fostering forward-looking, effective, and philanthropically-driven volunteer leaders for both the Federation and the wider San Antonio Jewish community. In these times of complexity, we seek a dynamic and inclusive network of emerging leaders poised to tackle the intricate challenges that lay ahead for our local Jewish community.

The J-LEV program offers an immersive experience that blends education, collaboration, and community outreach. Through interactive workshops, networking events, and hands-on volunteering, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the organizations supported by the Jewish Federation. The program serves as a launching pad for young adults to become catalysts for change, channeling their passion into projects that drive positive transformation.
