PJ Library Havdalah Recap

PJ Library teamed up with the Military PJ Library on Saturday, February 26 for a special Havdalah event at Congregation Rodfei Sholom. Military chaplain, Rabbi Lowenberg led the Havdalah service. Temple Beth-El’s Leah Apothaker sang songs and read a PJ Library book titled “Havdalah Sky” to children. Participants enjoyed cookies and juice inside by lantern light. They then went outside and launched paper lanterns as a group. It was a magical evening for all as Shabbat ended and PJ families welcomed the new week.
