PJ Library Wraps Up May Events
June 1, 2022
This past month was full of activities. PJ Library kicked off May by participating in the JCC’s Family Fun Day on Sunday, May 1st. Those who came by the PJ Library table were able to make sand
art necklaces and meet with PJ Library co-coordinators, Amy Sugarman and Cindy Berman.
Two weeks later, on May 15, PJ Library had a “Block” Party Lego building event at Temple Beth-El. Children built cars and raced them down tracks, created extensive scenes with animals, had their faces painted and so much more all while enjoying pizza and pasta. Thank you to the Wulfe family for
sharing with us their Lego sets in memory of Amy Wulfe who loved connecting with people through Legos.
Finally, PJ Library participated in La Cantera Chabad’s Lag B’Omer event on Thursday, May 19 at the Cornyval site in Helotes
