January 3, 2022
Each January, the Holocaust Memorial Museum of San Antonio partners with the San Antonio Public Library to present programs and an educational exhibit that highlights a selected theme from the Holocaust at library locations around the city. The 2022 program will run from January 3-28, with a variety of speakers and events held throughout San Antonio during the month.
This year’s theme will be Refugees and Displace Persons and the Holocaust Memorial Museum will be sponsoring an exhibit entitled: The Displaced Persons Camps: Rebuilding Culture and Community in the Aftermath of World War II. The exhibit, originally created by the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County, will be on display at the Westfall Branch of the San Antonio Public Library.
