JULY 6, 2025 – Dear San Antonio Jewish Community,
The devastating floods impacting Central Texas have left many families displaced, homes damaged, and lives upended. As always, when crisis strikes, our Jewish community rises to meet the moment—with compassion, generosity, and action.
We are launching an immediate effort to support those affected. Here’s how you can help:
1. Contribute to the Flood Relief Fund
We are partnering with Shalom Austin and other Federations in Texas to provide direct assistance to families and individuals in need.
2. In-Kind Donations through the JCC (Temporarily Paused)
The Barshop Jewish Community Center has been thrilled to receive an outpouring of donations from community members. At this time, they are unable to take any more donations. Please refer back to this page in the future for updates.
