As part of the JCC’s Author Speaker Series, this month, we will be hosting The Nosher’s own editor, Shannon Sarna as she discusses her second recipe book: Modern Jewish Comfort Food. Publisher’s Weekly said it best by calling “this invigorating work takes Jewish cooking to a whole new level.” From recipes like potato knish to Israeli stuffed peppers with meat, Shannon will share with us her inspiration behind some of her recipes and helpful tips in the kitchen.
