Maccabi Games return to San Antonio this Summer

The Barshop JCC announced the Regional Maccabi Games will be hosted in San Antonio this summer. Jewish teens between the ages of 13-16 years (as of July 31, 2021) from San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston will come together for a special Texas JCC Maccabi Games on August 8-10, 2021, at the JCC. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect, socialize and compete against other teens from throughout Texas. In addition to competing in various sports, teens will participate in evening social events and community service opportunities.
This summer the following events will be available for teens to participate:
- Boys 3v3 Soccer – 13/14 and 15/16
- Girls 3v3 Soccer – 16 & Under
- Boys 3v3 Basketball – 13/14 and 15/16
- Girls 3v3 Basketball – 13/14 and 15/16
- Volleyball – Girls 16 & under
- Tennis – Boys/Girls 13/14 & 15/16
- Swimming – Boys/Girls 13/14 & 15/16
- Golf – Boys/Girls 13/14 & 15/16
- Dance – Girls 13/14 & 15/16
- Star Reporter – Boys/Girls 13-16
